Location / surroundings

As an integrated part of the hotel- and holiday complex Restaurant Strandtangen is located at waters edge with a panoramic view over the water and habour. The restaurant is surrounded by a big terrace, and in connection with the restaurant you will find "Brasseriet".

As such you can choose to sit indoor in calm and beautiful surroundings and enjoy the view, or if the weather permits take a seat outdoors on the terrace and let the fresh air and sounds from the fjord accompany you.

The terrace

On the big terrace surrounding the entire restaurant there are canopies and heaters, which create a nice and pleasant outdoor environment - even if it is not tropical.

There is direct access to the terrace both from the restaurant and "Brasseriet", so whether you choose the menu from the restaurant or "Brasseriet" this can be enjoyed outdoors.

We have decorated "Brasseriet" in direct connection with the restaurant.

Both the pleasant decoration and interior of the room as well as the menu is adjusted to a café environment without compromising with the quality. Here it is possible to get a quick and light meal, a nice "hot cup" from our large coffee card or perhaps a cold and foaming pint of beer.

Our hotel guests also have their breakfast in " Brasseriet".
